I recently had the pleasure of staying at Pousada Suzimar, and I must say, it was a delightful escape. From the moment we arrived, Mauro and Suzi made us feel warmly welcomed, sharing helpful tips about the island. Our cozy triple room was air-conditioned and featured a private bathroom and a minibar, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring. I particularly loved the veranda where we lounged in hammocks, soaking in the beautiful garden views-a slice of paradise! Breakfast was a highlight with a fantastic spread of fresh fruit and homemade tapiocas that married beautifully with the crisp bread. Plus, the offered free shuttle service from the airport was a seamless addition to our stress-free getaway. If you're craving a tranquil retreat with friendly hosts and a taste of local culture, Pousada Suzimar is definitely the place to be!
